河南若干小麦品种籽粒营养品质及其稳定性的分析

摘    要:对11个试点6个小麦品种籽粒蛋白质含量、蛋白质产量和赖氨酸含量的方差分析表明,品种间、环境间、品种×环境间的籽粒蛋白质含量、蛋白质产量和赖氨酸含量均具有明显的差异。通过对品种效应的比较与品种×环境效应方差和变异系数的分析,表明陕农7859、鲁早一号是籽粒蛋白质含量、蛋白质产量和赖氨酸含量较高且稳定性尚好的两个品种。

Abstract:The grain protein content, the grain protein yield and the grain lysine content and their stability of 6 winter wheat varieties grown at 11 exp-rimental units in Henan Province were studied by variance analysis. Thesignificant difference exists among variety,among envirnmemt and vaiety×environment in the grain protein content, the grain protein yield and thegrain lysine content. Variety effects of Shannong 7859 and Luzao No. 1in the grain protein content, the protein yield and the grain lysine cont-ent are bigger than others.In conclusion, Shannong 7859 and Luzao No. 1are varieties with high protein, high lysine content and high protein. yeildbetter stability.
