春季紫花苜蓿根系性状与地上部生长性状的相关性分析

摘    要:为探求适宜南方农区冬闲田季节性栽培的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)根系特性,用‘赛特’、‘赛迪5’、‘维多利亚’、‘WL-414’、‘赛迪7’、‘游客’、‘WL-525HQ’、‘超音速’和‘赛迪10’9个紫花苜蓿品种,以田间试验和盆栽试验研究了紫花苜蓿根系性状与地上部生长的关系。结果表明:紫花苜蓿主根直径与根颈以下0~5 cm的侧根密度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与根颈直径呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);主根直径和根颈直径与株高和一级分枝数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),0~5 cm侧根密度与株高、一级分枝数呈显著相关(P<0.05)。结果说明:主根粗壮、侧根发达,有利于植株一级分枝发生,是南方农区冬闲田季节性栽培紫花苜蓿品种的重要根系特征。

Abstract:In order to explore root traits of alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)for seasonal growing in winter-followed farmland in south China,a study with 9 alfalfa cultivars including ’Sitel’,’Sadie 5’,’Victoria’,’WL-414’,’Sadie 7’,’Eureka’,’WL-525HQ’,’Supersonic’ and ’Sadie 10’,was conducted in field and pot experiments to testify the relationship between root traits and plant growth.The result indicated that tap-root diameter had a significant positive correlation with the lateral root density at 0-5 cm closed collar,and was significantly positively correlated with collar diameter(P<0.01).The tap-root and collar diameter were significantly positively correlated with the plant height and primary shoot number(P<0.01).The lateral root density at 0-5 cm closed collar had a positive correlation with the plant height and primary shoot number(P<0.05).The results suggested that strong tap-root and more lateral root numbers,which made more primary shoot numbers,were important root characters of alfalfa cultivars for seasonal growing in winter-followed farmland in south China.
