黑龙江省玉米品种品质现状分析

摘    要:通过对1989~2004年黑龙江省普通品种品质现状比较和分析,初步探明黑龙江省16年来普通玉米淀粉含量逐年提高,蛋白质含量有缓慢下降的趋势,脂肪含量与赖氨酸含量基本稳定在一个较低的水平。提出了黑龙江省普通玉米品种品质改善和提高的建议。

Abstract:According to the analysis and comparison of normal corn varieties in Heilongjiang Province in 1989-2004,the result showed preliminarily that a few of quality characters of normal corn improved in the past sixteen years.In generally the starch content was raised gradually,the protein content was decreased slowly,the fat content and lysine content were at a lower level steadily.Suggestions for improving and raising quality of normal corn were given.
