| 摘 要： | 为探明2013年江淮旱灾对南岳衡山国家级自然保护区林木生长的影响及造成的经济损失,并据此解决森林保险理赔。对南岳区下辖三乡一镇一街道,共计30个村6个居民委员会以及南岳林场、树木园等的所有林(竹、苗)木干旱受损情况进行了调查分析。结果表明:因旱灾致使经济损失达486.356 4万元,为50年之最;南岳区受灾总面积为235.381 hm2;受灾林分主要为竹类,其受灾面积为1 787.163 hm2,一级损伤率为13.2%,经济损失达到414.541 4万元。

| Abstract: | In order to verify the influence of drought across the Yangtze River and Huaihe River region in 2013 on the forest growth of Nanyue Hengshan National Nature Reserves and define the economic damage caused by the drought,to solve the forest insurance claims. The investigation were including one town and one street under the jurisdiction of Nanyue District,the damage situation of all the forest trees（including bamboo and seedlings） in 30 villages,six communities and forest farms and arboretums. It turns out that the drought causes an economic loss of 4. 863 564 million yuan,which is the most in recent fifty years. The drought disaster investigation in Nanyue District,a total area of 235. 381 hectares. The affected mainly displayed as bamboo,which affected a total area of 1 787. 163 hectares,the calculation of primary injury rate was 13. 2%,the economic losses reached 4. 145 414 million yuan. |
