几个陆地棉表型遗传距离与杂种优势之间的关系研究

摘    要:以15个陆地棉组合及其亲本为材料,分析产量、品质两类表型性状遗传距离,结果表明:所选材料产量与品质性状上的遗传距离其相关系数为0.88,表现为极显著;两类遗传距离与籽棉产量、皮棉产量、衣指、大样衣分、衣分均表现为负相关,相关系数为-0.228~-0.017,且不显著;两类遗传距离与品质性状的相关程度低,其相关系数为-0.319~0.055,均不显著。品质性状遗传距离与各品质性状中亲优势的相关性均优于产量性状遗传距离。

Abstract:Taking 15 upland cotton combinations and their parents as the tested materials,the author studied the genetic distance in two types of phenotypic characters namely yield and quality.The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the two types of phenotypic genetic distances was 0.88(P<0.01).Two types of genetic distances all were negatively correlated with seed cotton yield,lint yield,lint index,lint percentage of bulk sample and lint percentage(P>0.05),and their correlation coefficients ...
