摘    要:通过文献综述和实地调查,表明我国是世界上桑树种最多的国家,现收集保存有15个种3个变种,而且培育出数百个优良品种。文中描述了28个常见的桑树种、变种或品种的形态特征、地理分布和生长状态,重点阐述了常见栽培种的生物学、生态学特性,以及在养蚕、食用、染料、药用、园林、环保等多种用途或价值;同时,从良种选育、苗木繁育、栽植建园、抚育管理等几个方面给出了繁殖栽培技术要点。

Abstract:Through historical literature reviewing and on-the-spot investigation, China is the world's largest country of mulberry species, there are now collected and saved 15 species, three varieties, and bred hundreds of varieties. This article describes 28 common mulberry species, varieties or species mor- phological characteristics, geographical distribution and growth state, as well as in sericulture, food, dyes, medicinal, gardening, environmental protection and other multi-purpose or eco-economic value. Meanwhile, breeding, seedling breeding, planting orchard, tending and other aspects of the propagation and cultivation techniques are given.
