蛋鸡生产中有效微生物群技术的应用

摘    要:雏鸡育雏采用1/500和1/1000的有效微生物群稀释液作饮水,两组育雏成活率(21日龄)较不添加抗生素的对照组(育雏成活率82%)高14%和15%,较添加抗生素的大群(育雏成活率94.87%)高1.13%和2.13%,两组平均日增重与对照组差异不显著;产蛋鸡生产中采用有效微生物群发酵饲料,在兰州地区气候条件下,两批试验均以发酵饲料喂量较高组效果明显,其产蛋率和平均日、只产蛋量两项指标均极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),第一批试验10%添加组两项指标分别较对照组提高5.40%和7.14%(对照组两项指标为54.61%和34.16G),第二批试验20%添加组两项指标分别较对照组提高10.38%和11.52%(对照组两项指标为56.54%和35.05G),且各试验组平均每周产蛋率下降幅度A、B、D、E组分别为0.86%、0.82%、0.76%和1.04%,两对照组(C、D组)分别为1.17%和1.42%;利用1/250的有效微生物群稀释液喷洒鸡舍,不仅可改善鸡舍臭味,短期内使鸡舍硫化氢和氨气浓度分别下降10%和30%。

Abstract:and 1/1 000 effective microorganisms (EM) diluent respectively, as drinking water, were fed to chickens The survival rate (on the 21st day) of two treatment groups increased 14% and 15% respectively, compared with 82% survival rate of check groups without antibiotic; and increased 1 13% and 2 13% respectively, compared with 94 87% survival rate of the flocks with only antibiotic The average daily body weight gain of the two treatment groups had no signifiant differences comparecl with that of check group Adding EM in feeds under the climate in Lanzhou area, the result showed that the effect of groups with more EM feeds was better than that of groups with less ones Both the two indexes, laying rate and average individual daily egg yield, of the groups with more EM feeds were significantly higher than those of check groups ( P <0 01) In the first experiments, the two indexes of group with 10% EM feeds increased by 5 04% and 7 41%, respectively, compared with check group In the second experiments, the two indexes of group with 20% EM feeds increased by 10 83% and 11 52% respectively, compared with check group The decline of the average weekly laying rate in the group A, B, C and D were 0 86%, 0 82%, 0 76% and 1 04% respectively But that in two check groups were 1 17% and 1 42% respectively In addition, spraying poultry house and surroundings with 1/250 diluent could not only thin the foul smell but also, in a short term, decrease the concentration of hydrogen sulphide and ammonia by 10% and 30% respectively
