牧草抗旱性研究1水分胁迫下几种燕麦品种的一些生理生化变化及其与植物抗旱性关系的研究

摘    要:试验以高渗溶液(PEG6000,-0.9MPa和-1.5MPa)模拟土壤干旱条件研究了3种燕麦幼苗在水分胁迫下的一些生理和代谢的变化,包括叶片相对含水量、气孔孔径、游离脯氨酸含量、乙烯含量、叶绿素含量,细胞膜透性的变化。分析讨论了水分胁迫条件下,上述6项指标的变化规律及与植物抗旱性的相关关系,根据这些生理生化指标进行的燕麦抗旱性的综合评价结果为:加拿大燕麦>永久444燕麦>080燕麦。这一结果与3种燕麦的实际表现是一致的,证明了用生理生化方法进行燕麦品种抗旱性鉴定是可行的

Abstract:Adopting hypertonic solution ( PEG 6 000, -0.90 MPa and -1.5 MPa) to simulate soil drought condition, some physiological and metabolic changes which included the relative water contents of leaf blades, diameter of stomata, contents of free proline, ethylene and chlorophyll as well as permeability of membrane about the seedlings of the three oat varieties were studied. The change rule of above six indexes and their correlated relations with drought resistance under the condition of water stress were analysed and discussed. Based on these, the comprehensively evaluated result showed: Canada oat>Yongjiu oat 444>oat 080. The result accords with the practical appearance of the three oat varieties. It was proved that it was feasible for detecting drought resistance of oat varieties to use physiological and biochemical methods.
