| 摘 要： | 本文论述了应激中激素的分泌的变化、维生素在动物代谢中的作用以及添加维生素C、维生素E等对缓解鸡的热应激的作用，指出在日粮中添加维生素的重要性。尤其是在热应激状态下，给鸡补饲维生素可获得明显的效果。
