摘    要:摘要:【目的】本试验旨在研究日粮中添加二色胡枝子提取物(Extractive of Lespedeza bicolor,LBE)对肉仔鸡屠宰性能、脂类代谢及免疫器官发育的影响。【方法】试验选用500 只健康1 日龄商品代艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为10 组,每组5个重复。试验期42 d。对照组(CK)饲喂基础日粮,1~3 组饲喂基础日粮加二色胡枝子粗提物90、100、110 mg/kg;4~6 组饲喂基础日粮加二色胡枝子乙酸乙酯萃取物60、70、80 mg/kg;7~9 组饲喂基础日粮加二色胡枝子正丁醇萃取物60、70、80 mg/kg。【结果】试验结果表明:(1)添加二色胡枝子提取物对肉仔鸡的屠宰性能没有影响(P﹥0.05);(2)添加二色胡枝子乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物对肉仔鸡的脂类代谢有一定的调节作用, 其中添加正丁醇萃取物70mg/kg可显著降低LDL-C 水平(P﹤0.05) 3周龄时降低31.90%,添加二色胡枝子粗提物110mg/kg可显著降低了LDL-C 水平(P﹤0.05), 6周龄时降低36.70%,添加二色胡枝子乙酸乙酯萃取物80mg/kg及正丁醇萃取物60mg/kg组可显著提高6周龄时肝脏MDH活性(P﹤0.05),分别提高了43.98%和36.96%;(3)添加乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物能够显著增加肉仔鸡的胸腺指数和法氏囊指数(P<0.05),其中添加二色胡枝子正丁醇萃取物80 mg/kg使肉仔鸡6周龄胸腺指数和法氏囊指数分别提高了31.09%和37.61%。

Abstract:Abstract: 【Objective】The study was conducted to investigate the effects on Extract of Lespedeza bicolor (LBE) of abatage performance、lipid metabolism and immune organ growth of Broilers【Method】A total of 500 one-day healthy Avian broilers of commercial strain were randomly assigned to ten treatment with five replicates. The experimental stage is forty-two days. The control group (CK) were fed basal diet, group 1 to 3 were fed basal diet supplemented with 90,100,110 mg/kg of Lespedeza Bicolor crude extract, group 4 to 6 were fed basal diet supplemented with 60,70,80 mg/kg of ethyl acetate extract, group 7 to 9 were fed basal diet supplemented with 60,70,80 mg/kg of n-butanol extract. 【Result】The result showed (1) there was no effect on abatage performance with supplementing LBE(P﹥0.05); (2) supplemented ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of Lespedeza bicolor extract had some adjustment effect, supplement 70mg/kg n-butanol extract can significant degrade LDL-C level of serum 31.09% of 3 week, supplemented 110 mg/kg of Lespedeza Bicolor crude extract can significant degrade LDL-C level of serum 36.70% of 6 week; supplemented 80mg/kg of ethyl acetate extract and 60mg/kg n-butanol extract can significant elevate liver’s MDH activity of 6 week,43.98% and 36.96%; (3) supplemented ethyl acetate extractive and n-butanol extract of LBF can significant elevate Thoracic index and Bursa index(P<0.05), supplemented 80 mg/kg of n-butanol extract elevate 31.09% and 37.61% of Thoracic index and Bursa index in 6 weeks’ age broilers.
