偃麦草根茎蛋白质对冰晶修饰能力的观察

摘    要:以黑龙江省野生偃麦草为试验材料,选取冬季、春季和夏季的偃麦草根茎,提取全蛋白和非质体蛋白,通过对3个时期蛋白质进行SDS-PAGE分析,发现全蛋白中有冬春季节特有的两条蛋白多肽,分子量分别是52 ku和26 ku,其中52 ku在非质体蛋白电泳谱中出现。同时在相差显微镜下观察到冬季非质体蛋白提取液具有将冰晶生长修饰为六角形的能力,说明偃麦草非质体蛋白内含有抗冻蛋白,而52 ku蛋白可能为抗冻蛋白。

Abstract:In winter,spring and summer,selected rhizome of the wild Elytrigia repens of Heilongjiang Province to extract the protein and the apoplastic protein.Through assaying SDS-PAGE of three times protein,we found there had two specific peptide in protein from winter,their molecular weight were 52 ku and 26 ku,the 52 ku had been found in the apoplastic protein electrophoresis.With the phase-contrast photomicroscope,we observed that the apoplastic protein from winter had the ability to modify the growth of ice crystal which appeared hexagonal in shape,this means the protein of 52 ku is likely the antifreeze-protein.
