| 摘 要： | 目的]为中药复方多糖的进一步开发利用提供参考。方法]采用小鼠急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验进行安全性试验。结果]急性毒性试验表明,小鼠灌胃给予中药复方多糖,其LD50为40.19g/kg,LT50为145h;微核试验表明,3种剂量组中药复方多糖均表现为阴性,且中药复方多糖与小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率无剂量关系。结论]在动物体内摄入剂量小于30g/kg中药复方多糖是安全可靠的。
