膨化颗粒饲料饲喂仔猪试验

以两种配方相同的普通颗粒饲料（５５１料）和膨化颗粒饲料（９５１料）及另一种普通颗粒饲料（对照料）为试验饲粮，以纯种丹系长白仔猪（０～５０日龄）１００头为试验动物。结果饲料经膨化加工后其常规营养成分及氨基酸含量并未改变，但脲酶活性从０．１７０降至０．０７０，这有利于蛋白质的消化和利用；膨化加工改善了饲料的卫生学指标；９５１料与５５１料的干物质、能量的表观消化率没有显著差异，但９５１料粗蛋白质的表观消化率显著高于５５１料组；饲喂９５１料和５５１料的仔猪在３５日龄（断乳）体重及５０日龄体重、１０～３５日龄及３５～５０日龄平均日增重均无显著差异，９５１料组１０～５０日龄每千克增重耗料量，比对照组减少０．１９ｋｇ（Ｐ＜０．０５），比５５１料组减少０．１８ｋｇ（Ｐ＜０．０５）；９５１料组平均每窝毛收入分别比对照料组和５５１料组增加３１％和６．４％；５５１料在仔猪增重速度、饲料利用率方面也达到了较高水平，且优于对照料。

STUDY ON THE PELLETED EXTRUSION FEEDS OF PIGLETS

Nine litters produced by Landrace sows were randomly assigned to three groups fed with 551 pelleted feeds(551 diets),951 pelleted extrusion feeds(951 diets)and a control pelleted feeds(control diets),respectively.The objectives of this experiment were to compare the effects of the extrusion processing of feeds on the performaces of piglets from birth to 50 age in days.The experiment results indicated that:There were no significant differences in nutritive ingredients among the three diets,but the activety of UA in 951 diets was lower than that of in 551 diets(0 170:0 070),indicating the positive effects on the protein degestion by extrusion processing of feeds.The salmonella had not been detected in the three diets.The total number of the bacteria and E.coli in 951 diets were significantly lower than those in other two diets.There were no significant differences in the apparent digestibilities of total energy and dry matter between the 551 and 951 diets.but the apparent digestibility of crude protein in the latter was higher(P<0 05)than that of the former(80.60:76.59).The growth performances of piglets fed with 951 diets was slightly higher(P>0 05)than those of other two diets.The feed conversions(Feed/Gain)from10 50 days old in the 511,951 and control diets were 0.99,0.81 and 1.00,respectively,which indicated the significant improvement(P<0 05)in the piglets fed with 951 diets by extrusion processing.As this results,the gross profits per litter fed with 951 diets was higher by 6 4% and 31% than those of 551 and control groups,respectively.Overall,951 pelleted extrusion feed seemed to be a preferred feed for piglets.
