| 摘 要： | 在制备长久性隔离小胃和颈静脉导管的５头雄性香猪实验表明，由大胃瘘管灌注半胱胺（８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重）后，一周内小胃胃液分泌量较对照期大幅度增加（Ｐ＜０．０５），胃泌素水平明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；血液生长抑素水平降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示半胱胺耗竭生长抑素，使胃泌素水平升高，从而促进了胃液的分泌。

EFFECTS OF CYSTEAMINE ON THE GASTRIC SECRETION, BLOOD GASTRIN AND SOMATOSTATIN LEVELS IN XIANG PIGS |

| Abstract: | Experiments carried out on five Xiang barrows with isolated stomach pouch and chronic catheter implanted into juglar vein.After infusing cysteamine(80mg per kg body weight)into the large stomach,the gastric secretion of isolated pouch increased markedly for 6 days compared to that of control i.e. before infusing CS(1536±213 ml/d vs.941±204 ml/d,P<005);blood somotostatin concentration decreased from 50510±768 to 49046±481 pg/ml(P<001),whereas gastrin level elevated significantly(9038±1904 pg/ml vs.1670±848 pg/ml,P<001)The results suggest that cysteamine deplete somatostatin and increase the gastrin concentration,thereby accelerate the gastric secretion. |
