| 摘 要： | 为了缓解高校扩招以来在校生规模激增与大学生思想政治教育队伍建设滞后的矛盾,探讨了离退休老同志在大学生思想政治教育工作中的作用和途径。分析认为,老同志做好学生思想政治教育工作的关键是以多种形式深入到学生中去,发现问题,有针对性地对大学生进行教育。
