| 摘 要： | 土地资源管理是“3s”技术应用的一个重要领域。本文简要阐述了“3S”技术（遥感、地理信息系统和全球定位系统）的基本概念、主要特点及功能，并对近年来“3S”技术在土地利用现状调查、土地利用动态监测、土地利用规划和土地整理等土地资源管理领域的应用进行分析、评述，最后指出该技术在土地资源管理上有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | ＂3S＂ technology is significantly applied in the field of land resources management. In this paper, Remote Sensing, Geographic Information System and Global Positioning System were described first with the basic concept, main features and functions. Recent application of ＂3S＂ technology in the survey, dynamic monitoring, planning of land use and land consolidation were also reviewed and analyzed, indicating that the technology has broad prospects for application in land resources management. |
