金针菇菌株的SCAR标记分子鉴别

摘    要:利用前期开发的16个SCAR分子标记对不同来源的30株金针菇Flammulina velutipes菌株进行扩增分析。基于SCAR标记在检测菌株中的存在与缺失差异,F0026、F0114菌株被首先鉴别出来,其次F0030+1、F0102、F0118这3个菌株被鉴别出来,其余25株菌株除F0050与F0148、F0014与F0149两对菌株外,21株菌株被依次鉴别出来。结果表明,利用SCAR分子标记可以高效、快速、准确地用于金针菇生产菌株的分类鉴别。

Abstract:Thirty Flammulina velutipes strains were collected and analyzed with 16 previously developed sequence characterized amplified regions (SCAR) molecular markers.Based on differences detected in SCAR phenotypes, two F.velutipes strains F026 and F0114 were identified firstly,three strains F0030+1,F0102 and F0118 were identified secondly and the remaining 21 strains were identified successively. The results showed that SCAR molecular markers conld guarantee efficient, rapid, accurate identification of Flammulina velutipes strains.
