衡山地区土著菌群生态养猪技术的应用效果研究

摘    要:采集南岳衡山土壤中原始土著菌群进行分离培养,制成南岳山土著菌粉。通过加入发酵床和饲料中进行为期90d的饲养试验,与传统养猪在驱臭灭蝇、日增重、肠道疾病防治效果和生产性能进行对比试验。结果表明:试验组较对照组猪舍NH3和H2S气体含量极显著降低68.1%(P〈0.01)和54.7%(P〈0.01)、苍蝇极显著减少88.9%(P〈0.01)、肠道疾病发病率显著降低25%(P〈0.05)、头均日增重显著提高12.7%(P〈0.05)、饲料报酬率显著提高3.5%(P〈0.05);在饲养期内试验猪肠道疾病很少发生、基本不用抗菌素药物。南岳山土著菌群能有效解决集约化养猪造成的环境污染、降低猪肠道疾病的发病率、提高猪生长性能。

Abstract:The indigenous bacteria from the soil of Hengshan Mountain were collected, separated and cultured, then made into powder. By adding the powder into the fermentation bed and the feed, a 90 d's feeding test was carried out to compare the effect of this method and the traditional pig feeding method on removing odor, eradication of flies, average daily gain, intestinal disease prevention and productive per- formance. The results show that the content of NHa and H2S gas of the experimental group significantly decreased by 68.1% (P~0.01) and 54.70//oo (P-~0.01); the number of flies reduced significantly by 88. 9% (P~0.01) ; the intestinal disease incidence declined by 25% (P~0.05) ~ and the average daily weight gain significantly improved by 12.7% (P~0.05) ; and the return rate of feed significantly raised by 3.5~ (P~0.05). During the experimental period, the intestinal disease seldom occurred and the antimicrobial a- gents were hardly applied. It is revealed that the indigenous bacteria in Hengshan Mountain can effectively solve the environmental pollution problem caused by intensive pig breeding, reduce the incidence of intestinal disease, and improve pigs" growth performances.
