香果树种子萌发过程中酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘    要:本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对香果树种子萌发过程中酯酶(EST)和过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行分析与比较。结果表明:香果树种子萌发过程中,EST从第四天开始出现新的酶带,表明酯酶代谢合成的增强;POD酶表达先减少后增加,在萌发后期出现两条新的酶带。这些同工酶的变化最终导致种子的萌发。

Abstract:Esterase ( EST ) and peroxidase ( POD ) isozymes of Emmenopterys henryi Oliv during seed germination were studies by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that one new band of EST was detected in the forth day of seed germination, which indicated enhancement of EST metabolism; and the whole bands of POD decreased first and then increased and two new bands of POD were detected in late period of seed germination. The germination of Emmenopterys henryi Oliv seeds can be attributed to the fluctuation of esterase and peroxidase isozymes.
