汽车保险杠的非线形有限元分析

摘    要:应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件进行了轿车保险杠碰撞数值模拟仿真,得到了速度、加速度、碰撞力等参数的响应曲线。经过试验验证,分析结果可以作为轿车保险杠结构设计改进的参考依据,设计改进后的缓冲吸能式保险杠具有较好的吸能特性和耐撞性能。

Abstract:The crash simulation of car bumpers was finished by ANSYS/LS-DYNA analysis code and the response curves for the velocity, acceleration, crash force was gained in this paper. On the basic of test validate, the results will be helpful to the design optimization of the car bumper structure, and energy-absorbing bumper system has good energy-absorption ability.
