不同蛋白源对早期断奶仔猪生产性能及外周血液淋巴细胞数量的影响

摘    要:选用72头21日龄断奶的PIC配套系五元杂交仔猪,随机分为4组,分别以6.0%的血浆蛋白粉(SDPP组)、2.5%的血球蛋白粉(SDBC组)和3.5%的肠膜蛋白粉(DPS组)替代基础日粮中鱼粉进行4周的饲养试验。结果显示:①对于仔猪断奶后0-4周(21-49日龄)平均日增重,对照组为(143.45±13.54)g/d,DPS组和SDBC组高于对照组,分别为(160.22±50.38),(154.27±26.79)g/d,而SDPP组低于对照组,为(113.19±5.06)g/d。对于断奶后0-4周(21-49日龄)内的饲料增重比,对照组为1.81±0.1,DPS组和SDBC组低于对照组,分别为1.60±0.17,1.61±0.05,而SDPP组高于对照组,为2.06±0.18。表明用2.5%的SDBC和3.5%的DPS分别替代基础日粮中鱼粉,具有提高断奶仔猪生产性能的趋势,而用6%的SDPP替代鱼粉效果不理想。②3个试验组均提高了仔猪断奶后外周血液T、B淋巴细胞阳性率,表明此3种蛋白源能促进仔猪免疫能力的提高。

Abstract:Seventy-two 21-day-old PIC weaned piglets were randomly divided into four groups, with 6.0% SDPP,2.5%SDBC and 3.5%DPS to replace fishmeal of basic diet respectively. The feeding experiment was conducted for four weeks. The results showed that.. In four weeks after weaning, average daily gains (ADG) of DPS group and of SDBC group were (160.22±50.38)g/d, (154.27±26.79)g/d respectively, which were higher than that of control group,which was (143.45±13.54) g/d. However,ADG of SDPP group was (113. 19 ±5.06)g/d, which was lower than that of control group. In four weeks after weaning,Feed/Gain (F/G) of DPS group and of SDBC group were 1.60±0.17,1.61±0.05 respectively, which were lower than that of control group, which was 1.81±0. 1. However,F/G of SDPP group was 2.06±0.18,which was higher than that of control group. These showed that replacing fishmeal of basic diet by 2.5% SDBC, 3.5% DPS respectively could promote production performance of piglets,but the effect of replacing it by 6% SDPP was not obvious. Positive rate of T,B lymphocytes in peripheral blood were improved in three test groups,which indicated that the three protein sources can enhance immunity of piglet.
