摘    要:通过盆栽试验,研究了不同水分处理对剑麻幼苗生长和根系活力的影响。结果表明:轻度水分胁迫有利于剑麻根系的生长,不同处理的剑麻最大根长、根条数、根体积、根鲜重和根干重均表现为:轻度胁迫充足供水重度胁迫;在轻度干旱胁迫下,剑麻根系活力没有受到显著影响,而严重水分胁迫则显著降低根系活力;不同水分处理对剑麻地上部生长影响较为显著,严重胁迫降低了植株株高、株鲜重、株干重,轻度胁迫对剑麻植株地上部生长没有显著影响。

Abstract:With pot experiment , the effect of soil water content on sisal 'plant growth and root activity was studied. The results were as following :1. Total root number,root length,root volume , root dry weight, root activity were the highest under light drought stress,next the enough water treatment.And the root activity of sisal was not affected under light drought stress,while the serious drought stress significantly decreased root activity; 2. The different water significantly affected plant growing. and serious drought stress decreased plant tall,plant fresh weight and plant dry weight and the light drought stress did not significantly affected plant growing.
