超临界CO2萃取林纳燕麦麸油的技术研究

摘    要:目的]为进一步开发高原燕麦资源提供理论依据。方法]采用超临界CO2萃取技术从林纳燕麦麸皮中萃取燕麦麸油,并研究萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对麸油萃取率的影响;通过正交试验确定燕麦麸油的最佳萃取条件。结果]各因素对林纳燕麦麸油萃取率的影响依次为:萃取压力〉萃取时间〉萃取温度;燕麦麸油的最佳萃取工艺为:萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间2.5 h,此条件下燕麦麸油的萃取率为7.772%;以乙醇为夹带剂可提高燕麦麸油的萃取率0.351%;红外光谱分析结果表明,燕麦麸油中含有亚油酸。结论]超临界CO2萃取燕麦麸油具有高效、无污染、操作简单等优点。
