| 摘 要： | 从农村对气象信息的需求出发,对农村气象信息发布的必要性进行了分析,对农村气象信息发布的现状进行初步探讨,对GPRS电子显示屏系统的主要技术、结构、功能、工作流程以及系统用于农村气象信息发布的优点进行了详细介绍。
