| 摘 要： | 增加农民收入的关键措施是建立起稳定的农民增收长效机制。本文在分析四川省农民收入增长规律的基础上,构建了四川农民增收长效机制:领导机制、科技支撑机制、投入机制、带动机制和人力资源开发机制。

| Abstract: | The key of raising farmer's income is to establish the stable long-term mechanism of raising income.The paper,based on the analysis of rule of farmer's income enhancement,establishes the mechanism of raising income,which includes six concrete mechanisms: leader mechanism,sci-technology support mechanism,investment mechanism,driving mechanism,self-development mechanism and human resource development mechanism. |
