杉木无性系不同继代代数组培苗差异研究

摘    要:为了解杉木经不同继代代数培养的组培苗差异 ,就 3个不同种源无性系分别继代培养 1至1 2代 ,以组培苗建立采穗圃和造林对比试验 .试验结果表明 ,各无性系组培苗采穗圃穗条产量和造林生长状况在不同继代代数之间均存在极显著差异 ,以 8~ 9代组培苗效果最佳

Abstract:In order to know what are the differences of the seedlings of different generations from successive tissue culture of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) from three different origination clones, the plantations for cutting graft and for wood were respectively constructed by the seedlings of different generations (from 1 to 12) from successive tissue culture. The results showed that there were all extremely significant differences on tree growth of the plantation for wood and on graft yield of the plantation for cutting graft among different generations. The 8th and 9th generations are the best ones.
