| 摘 要： | 测定了3个甘蔗品系云瑞99-113、云瑞99-601、云瑞99-155和对照品种ROC10经过不同堆放时间后蔗糖分和还原糖的变化情况。结果表明:随着堆放时间的推移,4个参试材料的蔗糖分均呈下降趋势,还原糖的含量都呈增加的趋势。4个材料的糖分和还原糖在堆放时都表现出一定的差异。云瑞系列的3个品系的蔗糖分转化速率都较ROC10慢,较耐堆储。
