亳菊的加工方法研究

摘    要:为研究阴干、不同烘干温度、微波杀青烘干和蒸汽杀青烘干4种加工工艺对亳菊中有效成分含量的影响,采用HPLC方法对上述不同加工处理的亳菊中有效成分绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸的含量进行测定。结果表明,阴干亳菊中绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量最高,分别为0.58 %、0.08 %和2.64 %,用不同烘干温度加工的亳菊中木犀草苷含量均达不到药典规定,微波杀青烘干和蒸汽杀青烘干亳菊的3种有效成分含量均达不到药典规定。而阴干处理亳菊中3种有效成分含量最高,为亳菊适宜加工方法。

Abstract:Effects of processing methods on the content of active gradients in Chrysanthemum morifolium Bozhou were investigated. Chrysanthemum morifolium Bozhou was processed with the method of shade-drying, oven-drying at different temperatures, microwave-drying, or steam-drying. After processed, the contents of chlorogenic acid, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, and 3, 5-O-discaffeoylquinc acid in Chrysanthemum morifolium Bozhou were detected using HPLC. Results showed that the highest contents of chlorogenic acid, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, and 3, 5-O-discaffeoylquinc acid were 0.58%, 0.08% and 2.64%, respectively in shade-drying processed Chrysanthemum morifolium Bozhou. The content of luteolin-7-O-glucoside in oven-drying sample did not reach the minimum standard of Pharmacopoeia rules. The contents of the three components from microwave-drying and steam-drying processed samples also did not reach minimum standard of Pharmacopoeia rules. In conclusion, shade-drying processing method resulted in the highest content of the three active gradients and should be the best processing technique for Chrysanthemum morifolium Bozhou.
