摘    要:试验旨在研究玉米DDGS对苏邮2号肉鸭生长性能、肌肉品质及血清生化指标的影响。选用28日龄苏邮2号肉鸭600只,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复单圈饲养,每圈30只。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验A组、B组、C组、D组分别在基础饲粮中添加5%、8%、11% 和14% 的玉米DDGS,试验期35 d。结果表明:(1)试验组料重比比对照组分别低7.42%、9.54%、11.31% 和0.35%,但差异不显著;而试验C组平均日增重比对照组高16.73%,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05)。(2)试验B组半净膛率比对照组和试验D组分别高8.81%和6.53%,腿肌率比对照组高16.48%,差异均达到显著水平(P<0.05);试验C组的屠宰率、腹脂率最大,但各组间差异不显著。(3)试验组胸肌肌肉pH值、肉色呈增加趋势,但各处理组间差异不显著;试验B组嫩度比对照组与试验A组分别低24.28%和23.15%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。(4)血清总蛋白、尿素氮含量以及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性各组间均差异不显著。由此可见,在苏邮2号肉鸭饲粮中添加8%~11%玉米DDGS是可行的。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of corn DDGS on growth, meat quality and serum biochemical index of Suyou 2 meat ducks. A total of 600 28-day-old ducks were randomly divided into five groups. Each group had four replicates. Each replicate had 30 ducks that were fed in the same pen. The ducks in the control group were fed with a corn-soybean meal basal diet. Ducks in trial groups of A, B, C, and D were fed with the basal diet containing 5%, 8%, 11%, and 14% of DDGS, respectively. The experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed as follows. (1) The feed/gain ratios in groups A, B C, and D were 7.42%, 9.54%, 11.31%, and 0.35% lower than that in the control group, respectively. The average daily gain of the meat ducks in group C was 16.73% higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). (2) The percentage of semi-eviscerated yield in group B was 8.81% and 6.53% higher than that in the control group and group D, respectively and the percentage of leg muscle was 16.48% higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). (3) The pH and meat color in the trial groups showed an increasing trend. The tenderness in group B was 24.28% and 23.15% lower than that in the control group and group A, respectively (P<0.01). (4) No significant difference in serum biochemical indexes was observed between the trial groups. It can be concluded that addition of 8%-11% DDGS into Suyou duck diet is feasible.
