摘    要:基于表层土壤重金属实测含量,模拟体外(in vitro)实验对铅和镉的生物可给性分析,评价某再生铅工业园区周边土壤中铅和镉对人体的健康风险。结果表明,再生铅工业园区周边土壤中铅、镉的平均值分别为124.05、0.394 mg·kg-1,是背景值的4.98、2.90倍。再生铅工业园区周边土壤中铅和镉的生物可给性差异较大,园区附近土壤中铅已经达到一定程度的累积,对人体有较高的健康风险,土壤中镉对人体的健康风险较低;研究区内无意摄入土壤中铅对人体总铅的贡献率较高,对儿童的贡献率更高;研究区土壤中铅对成人有较高的非致癌风险,土壤中镉对成人有较高的致癌风险。

Abstract:Based on the heavy metal contents and the bioaccessibility of lead and cadmium analyzed using in vitro methods in the soil around recycled lead industrial park, risks of soil lead and cadmium to human health were evaluated. Results showed that the average?values?of lead and cadmium contents in the soil were 124.05, 0.394 mg·kg-1, which were 4.98 and 2.90 times higher than the background value, respectively. The bioaccessibility of lead and cadmium was significantly different. Lead can accumulate in the soil and would cause a greater risk to human health compared to cadmium. Unintentional intake of lead from the soil provided?a great?contribution?to the total?lead in human body, particularly in the population of children. Soil lead could cause the non-carcinogenic risk and soil cadmium may cause carcinogenic risk to aldults.
