摘    要:为有效利用香蕉茎秆资源,提高其厌氧消化效率,采用碱法对香蕉茎秆固体剩余物进行预处理,探讨不同预处理条件下香蕉茎秆厌氧消化产气性能的影响。结果表明:当NaOH浓度为8%时,对香蕉茎秆原料半纤维素、纤维素、木质素降解率达最高,分别为22.5%、9.1%、13.7%;6% NaOH处理组30 d累积产气量最高可达3 775 mL,比对照组提高24.2%,单位干物质产气量达377.5 mL/g TS。碱预处理可有效提高香蕉茎秆产气潜力。

Alkaline Pretreatment of Banana Stems for Enhancement of Biogas Production through Anaerobic Digestion

Abstract:Banana stems are a typical organic waste in tropical regions and are ignored for a long time. In fact, they can be used to produce bio-gas by anaerobic digestion. For enhancing utilization of banana stalks and improving the biogas production efficiency banana stems were pretreated with alkaline solution at different concentrations to investigate the effects of alkaline pretreatment on anaerobic digestion performance. Anaerobic digestion experiments were operated at (35±2) C for 30 days. The results show that the banana stems pretreated with NaOH at the concentration of 8% had the highest degradation rates of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin (22.5%, 9.1% and 13.7%, respectively), while the banana stems pretreated with NaOH at 6% produced the highest cumulative volume of biogas (3 775 mL), 24.2% higher than the untreated control (3 040 mL), and generated biogas of 377.5 mL/g based on the total solids of the banana stems. Results indicated that the alkaline pretreatment could improve biogas production of the banana stems.
