摘    要:以皖南黑猪、安庆六白猪、圩猪和霍寿黑猪共236头猪为研究对象,采用PCR-SSCP方法检测猪脂滴包被蛋白(Perilipin, PLIN1)基因的遗传多态性。结果表明,在皖南黑猪、安庆六白猪PLIN1基因3 519 bp碱基处发生A>G突变,检测到AA、AB、BB 3种基因型, 其中AA基因型频率在这2个群体中分别为8.97%和29.23%,AB基因型频率分别为43.59%和56.92%,BB基因型频率分别为47.44% 和13.85%;皖南黑猪、安庆六白猪的多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.3353和0.3690,在该位点均处于中度多态;卡方检验表明皖南黑猪群体和安庆六白猪群体均处于哈迪-温伯格平衡状态(P>0.05);在圩猪、霍寿黑猪群体中PLIN1基因的第2外显子没有检测到突变。PLIN1基因的第3外显子在4个群体中均没有检测到突变。
