甜菜粒性遗传规律的初步探讨

摘    要:以丹引单粒不育系MS_3和MS_4为母本,以多粒材料75-2-6为共同父本杂交,对其只代和F_2代粒性分析结果表明,F_1代多粒对单粒呈显性趋势;9086和9096杂交组合F_2代单粒株、双粒株和多粒株的比例分别为1:208:3.04和1:2.49:4.28.其单粒与多粒株(包括双粒株)比例分别为1:5.12和1:6.77,两个组合F_2代粒性分离既不符合单基因规律。也不符合两对独立基因分离规律。

Abstract:We too k MS_3 and MS_4 (monogerm MS Iines)as female parent and crossing with thecommon pollen parent 75-2-6(multigerm),and analysis on the results of fruit type in F_1and F_2, the dominant tendancy has been shown in F_1 with multigerm and monogerm,the re-sults of F_2 in 9086 and 9096 crossing combinations have shown that the ratio of monogerm:digerm : multigerm were 1:2.08:3.04 and 1:2.49:4.28 resp. And the ratio of monogerm:multigerm(digerm included) were 1:5,12 and 1:6.77. The fruit type segregation of F_2 intwo crossing combinations did not confirm the law of single gene neither and did not confirmthe segregation law of two pair of oppositional genes nor.
