摘    要:本文系统地研究了烷基聚氧乙烯基醚(PPJ)和蔗糖脂肪酸脂(SFE),对大豆叶片气孔,蜡质层,乙烯释放量和锰离子吸收情况等的影响。结果表明,随着表面活性剂浓度的增加,气也逐渐打开,在PPJ和SFE分别为0.5mmol/L和1.0mmol/L时,气孔的孔径达到最大,然后气孔逐渐关闭;蜡质层的溶解程度随表面活性剂浓度的增加而逐渐增加;在PPJ和SFE的浓度分别小于1mmol/L和10mmol/L时,乙烯

Abstract:The effects of PPJ and SFE on stomata and epicuticular wax and the ethylene production and Mn 2 + absorption of soybean leaves have been studied systematically. With the concentration of surfactants increasing, the stomatal aperture was gradually increased and then decreased, reaching the maximum when the concentration of PPJ and SFE was 0.5mmol/L and 1.0mmol/L respectively. The area of the epicuticular wax dissolved would be increased irreversibly with the applied concentration increasing. The ethylene production would be increased only when the concentration of PPJ and SFE was higher than 1mmol/L and 10mmol/L respectively. Mn 2 + absorption was directly proportional to the size of stomatal aperture. The results showed that PPJ and SFE could adjust in different degree to the stomatal movement and epicuticular wax dissolution and ethylene production and Mn 2 + absorption.
