| 摘 要： | 利用成熟胚作外植体进行组织培养研究,克服了幼胚取材的季节限制性。针对玉米成熟胚的研究现状,综述了基因型、培养基、植物生长调节物质、预处理等因素对玉米成熟胚培养的影响。

| Abstract: | It was better for explant of mature embroys than immature embroys in season.The current research situation and advance of tissue culture of maize mature embryos were reviewed and the effects of genotype,medium,growth regulator and pre-treatment on tissue culture of maize mature embryos in vitro were introduced emphatically. |
