摘    要:为给花生的抗病育种提供理论基础,用不同浓度的青枯菌接种2个抗感花生品种,分5个时期收获样品,用分光光度计法测量酶活性。感病品种的4种酶活性前期升高,而后期下降。而抗病品种的酶活性前期升高缓慢,后期升高速度越来越快。前期抗病品种酶活性不是都高于感病品种,后期,抗病品种的酶活性则都高于感病品种。对照组两品种花生的酶活性始终变化不大,它们之间酶活性也没有明显差异。PAL、CAT、PPO和POD作为植物的保护性酶类均参与了病程反应,其表达模式的差异可能与花生的青枯病抗性密切相关。
