摘    要:叶轮式排肥部件结构简单、性能较好、可与通用机架播种机通用,适用于吸湿性强的粉状化肥的排施。文中主要给定了叶片数量、传动比、叶片与调节板间隙、隔板、调节板及排肥量的优化参数,优化后的排肥机构具有良好的工作性能

Abstract:The fertilizer sowing mechanism of vane wheel type has advantages of simple construction and good performance. It can be generally used on the general-purpose frame and applied to sow noisture-absorbing powder fertilizer. The number of vanes,drive ratio, the gap between vanes and adjusting concave, the optimum specification of baffle plate,the adjusting concave and the fertilizer sowing amount are given in this paper. The optimum fertilizer sowing mechanism has a better operation performance.
