| 摘 要： | 本实验通过制造高血脂症模型，观察了熊胆粉对其血清总脂、总胆固醇及血液流变学在项指标的影响．结果表明：熊胆粉对降低血沉率和纤维蛋白原含量有极好效果（Ｐ＜０．０１），对降低血液粘度有较好效果（Ｐ＜０．０５），而对比容没有影响（Ｐ＞０．０５），同时可明显降低血清总脂（Ｐ＜０．０１）及总胆固醇的含量（Ｐ＜０．０１），说明熊胆粉可以改善血液循环，降低血液中脂类含量，对高血脂症有治疗作用．

| Abstract: | After making rabbit model of hyperlipemia, the effect of bear gall powder were studied on total serum fat, total cholesterol and indexes of Hemorheological character. The result showed: bear gall powder had perfect effect on reducing erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinager content, blood viscosity, total serum fat and cholesterol were well reduced, it had no influence on specific volume. So bear gall powder has the functions of improving blood circulation, reducing blood fat content, treating hyperlipemia. |
