低温和VA对笼养蛋雏鸭抗氧化能力及内分泌的影响

摘    要:以1日龄健康蛋雏鸭为试验动物,采用2×3(温度×VA)重复实验设计,研究适温、低温的环境下日粮中添加不同水平的VA(3 000、5 000、10 000 IU.kg-1)对蛋雏鸭抗氧化能力及内分泌的影响。结果表明,低温显著降低了血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),但对丙二醛(MDA)含量无显著影响(P>0.05),而添加5 000 IU.kg-1 VA会使雏鸭血清中T-AOC升高,MDA水平降低,显著增加SOD活性。温度对雏鸭血清中T3、T4水平影响显著(P<0.05),随着温度降低雏鸭血清中T3、T4水平升高,皮质醇(Cort)浓度低温较适温组略有升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),胰岛素(Ins)浓度随温度降低而略有下降(P>0.05),随着VA添加量的增加T3变化稳定,添加5 000 IU.kg-1 VA显著增加了T3水平(P<0.05),T4水平有升高趋势,皮质醇与胰岛素水平随VA添加均有下降趋势但都不显著(P>0.05)。VA添加水平在5 000 IU·kg-1还可以提高机体在冷应激下的代谢率,提高机体的抗寒能力,增强机体的免疫力。

Abstract:One-day-old egg-type ducklings were randomly divided into 6 groups,which were exposed to environment at warm temperature and cool temperature.The study was conducted to determine the effects of cool temperature and VA levels(3 000,5 000,10 000 IU·kg-1) on the anti-oxidative ability and incretion activity in ducklings in cages.The results showed that in cool temperature,T-AOC and SOD in serum decreased sig-nificantly(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on the content of MDA,adding 5 000 IU·kg-1 VA increased the level of T-AOC,decreased the level of MDA.The temperature had a significant effect on the concentration of T3,T4 in serum(P<0.05),the concentration of T3,T4 in serum of young ducklings in cages increased with the temperature decreasing,the concentration of Cort little increased in cool temperature than in warm temperature,but had no significant difference(P>0.05),the concentration of Ins had little decrease with the temperature decrease(P>0.05),T3 in serum changed stabilization as the dietary VA levels increased,adding 5 000 IU·kg-1 VA increased the concentration of T3 significantly(P<0.05),the content of T3 took an increased trend,the levels of Cort and Ins were all took on decreasing trends as VA increased,but had no significant difference(P>0.05).The additive level of 5 000 IU·kg-1 increased metabolism rate in cool temperature,increase body's resistibility in cool temperature,and enhanced body's immunity.
