基于PLC的种子生产线电控系统改造

摘    要:某种子生产线是一种采用继电——接触器控制,系统接线复杂,故障率高,可靠性差。本文介绍采用三菱公司的FX1N―40MR型PLC进行改造种子生产线。本文介绍改造程序和调试过程。根据种子生产线的加工工艺和工作原理,设置PLC的I/O地址,设计外部设备接线,根据原理图、控制要求和特点,设计系统梯形图,连接外部设备进行调试运行,达到系统改造的要求。

Abstract:A Seed Production Line is a versatile used relay-contactor control,which makes the system wiring complex,high failure rate and poor reliability.The Mitsubishi FX 1N-40MR-PLC is used in transformation of Seed Production Line,and the transformation and debugging process is described.according to processing technology and operating principles of Seed Production Line,the I/O addresses of PLC is set,external equipment wiring is designed,the system ladder diagram is designed as the requirements an d characteristics of schematics diagram an d control,and external device is connected for debugging operation to achieve the system rearm requirements.
