高校学生网上评教结果合理性分析——以黎明职业大学为例

摘    要:网上学生评教已成为高校教学质量监控的重要环节。以黎明职业大学为例,对学生评教量表的测量结果进行分析。结果发现,该量表既具备较高信度和内容效度,也具备较好的预测效度,学生网上评教结果较为合理。应用分位数回归模型还发现,学习成绩越好的学生,对教师的评价也越高。此外,成绩可能也同时反映了学生对于评教的态度。

Abstract:Student evaluation of teaching is an important part of teaching quality monitoring system in colleges. Taking Liming Vocational University as an example, the measurement results to the scale of student evaluation of teaching are analyzed, and the results shows that the student evaluation of teaching scale perform good reliability, content validity as well as predictive validity. The results from quantile regression find that students with higher score will give teachers higher rank and scores may also reflect the attitude of student.
