石蜡乳液制备工艺研究

本文利用正交设计法对石蜡乳液制备工艺进行了广泛深入的研究。结果表明:乳化温度、乳化水用量和乳化方式是影响石蜡乳液质量的重要因素;提高乳化温度、适当增大搅拌速度、相应减少乳化水用量有利于提高石蜡乳液质量;制备油酸铵石蜡乳液的最好方法是初生皂法;乳化水与稀释水以温水为宜。

STUDY ON THE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF PARAFFIN EMULSION

This paper widely conducted researches on the manufacturing technology of the paraffin emulsion by using the orthogonal design method. It shows that emulsifying temperature, amount of emulsifying water and emulsifying style are the important factors influencing on the quality of the paraffin emulsion. If we adopt raising emulsifying temperature, properly increasing the speeds of stirrer and decreasing the amount of emulsifying water, it will be good for improving the quality of the paraffin emulsion. The optimal method to manufacture Ammonium oleat paraffin emulsion is primary soap method. The warm water is more suitable for being used as emulsifying water and diluent water.
