摘    要:三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸被非法添加到食品和饲料中以虚假提高蛋白质的含量,动物长期采食含有三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸的日粮后其身体健康状况将受到严重危害。近年来,三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸污染食品导致动物中毒的事件时有发生,因此它们的毒性作用引起了人们的广泛关注,本文从三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸的理化性质、接触途径、代谢、毒性、致病机理等方面进行了阐述。

Abstract:Melamine and cyanuric acid were added into food and feed to elevate falsely assay results for protein content.It would be critically harmful to animals' health when the animals were fed with feed including melamine and cyanuric acid for a long time.Some incidents that melamine and cyanuric acid-contaminated food led to animals poisoning often occurred in recent years.Therefore,the effect of melamine and cyanuric acid toxicity attracted wide attention.In this review the physico-chemical properties,contact ways,metabolism,toxicity and pathogenic mechanism of melamine and cyanuric acid were discussed.
