Abstract: | A new type of circuit topology for DC-AC type contactless power transfer(CPT) system is proposed, and the asymmetric DC-AC convert is used to imply the new topology. The topology simplifies the circuit and control of DC-AC type CPT system, reduces the power loss of power conversion of secondary circuit, and improves the overall efficiency and power density of the system. This paper presents the topology of the converter and investigated its control strategy. A model of the system has been derived, with which the system is simulated and studied. The measured experimental results have verified the theoretical and simulation results. |
