| 摘 要： | 通过对农业综合生产能力的内涵、构成因素和形成机理的分析，得出相应评价方法的复杂性，并指出目前几种评价方法的的缺陷。接着应用数据包络分析DEA方法分析比较了地区农业生产在相同时期的投入和产出效率，将DEA有效的地区作为一类，而对非DEA有效的地区进行DEA评价，可以得到地区农业按不同效率水平的分类。通过对1995年浙江省各地区农业生产投入产出数据应用DEA方法进行了计算，其结果可为浙江省农业生产的现代化提供参考。

| Abstract: | The paper given an analysis of the connotation, components and forming mechanism of agricultural comprehensive production capacity (ACPC), and showed the complexity of its evaluating method. After pointing out the shortcoming of present evaluating methods, regional ACPC efficiencies of the same term are measured and compared with DEA method. By using DEA efficiency as a clustering standard and looking for DEA effective units step by step, regional ACPC are clustered in different efficiency levels. The method above in evaluating the ACPC efficiencies of all regions in Zhejiang province of 1995 has been applied, and the results could provide scientific basis for the Zhejiang provincial and regional government to improve ACPC. |
