饵料种类、温度和规格对硬壳蛤的同化率的影响

摘    要:试验结果表明,温度和规格对硬壳蛤同化率的影响不显著(P>0.05);饵料种类对硬壳蛤同化率影响显著(P<0.05).其中小球藻和湛江等鞭金藻的同化率显著高于小新月菱形藻(P<0.05),而小新月菱形藻又显著高于扁藻(P<0.05).

Abstract:The effects of food species,temperature and body size on assimilation efficiency of hard clam(Mercenaria mercenaria) were investigated under simulated conditions in laboratory.The water temperature and clam size were found to have no significant effects on the assimilation efficiency of the hard clam(P>0.05).However,food species significantly affected the assimilation efficiency(P<0.05).There was significantly higher assimilation efficiency in the clam fed algae Chlorella vulgaris and Isochrysis zhanjiangensis than that in the clam fed algae Nitzschia closterium minutissima and Platymonus spp.(P<0.05).Moreover,the clam fed alga Nitzschia closterium minutissima had significantly higher assimilation than the one fed alga Platymonus spp(P<0.05).
