阿莫西林钠-酒石酸泰乐菌素复方药物治疗猪链球菌病的研究

为研究阿莫西林钠-酒石酸泰复方药物乐菌素治疗猪链球菌病的药效学,选用60只15g左右的昆明鼠,以多重耐药的临床分离猪链球菌为病原,以腹腔注射为感染途径,对猪链球菌的病理模型进行了复制,按照Reed-Munch法计算LD50为9.61×108cfu·mL-1。在此基础上,选用80只昆明鼠,接种LD50菌液,分别口服阿莫西林钠,酒石酸泰乐菌素及阿莫西林钠-酒石酸泰乐菌素复方药物。结果表明,阿莫西林钠-酒石酸泰乐菌素复方药物组的作用效果明显优于单药组,小鼠存活率为80%,阿莫西林钠组的小鼠存活率为70%,酒石酸泰乐菌素组为60%。

Study on the amoxillin-tylosin tartrate compound against Streptococcos suis in mice

To evaluate the pharmacodynamics of amoxillin-tylosintartrate against Streptococcus suis in Kunming mice. Kunming mice were infected by intraperitoneal injection with 1 mL of Streptococcus suis isolated. LD_(50)was 9.61×10~8cfu·mL~(-1) by Reed-Muench method. The mice were given by amoxillin, tylosin tartrate and amoxillin-tylosin tartrate compound respectively. The results showed that amoxillin-tylosin-tartrate was better than amoxilin, the survival rate was 80%.
