| 摘 要： | [目的]为淡水藻的研究和开发提供依据。[方法]将济南地区采集的藻种进行分离培养和显微鉴定,并测定含油藻种的总脂含量。[结果]53种淡水藻分别属于蓝藻门、绿藻门和硅藻门,共计3门4个属。13种含油淡水藻的总脂含量在5.48%～39.03%。[结论]不同淡水藻之间的总脂含量差别很大,有些淡水藻的总脂含量甚至超过了海洋微藻。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to provide reference for studying and developing freshwater algae. [Method] Freshwater alga from Jinan were isolated and microscopic identified,then assay the total lipid content of freshwater algae with oil in cell. [Result] 53 species freshwater algae belong to Cyanophyta,Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta,three phylum,four families. The total lipid content range of the 13 species freshwater algae from 5.48% to 39.03%. [Conclusion] There is big difference of total lipid content among the freshwater algae. But the total lipid content of some freshwater algae has beyond some marine microalgaes. |
