| Abstract: | From note content, diction and promulgating process, the insufficiency of mobile telephone weather note operation was analyzed. Development foreground that more expanding cognizing side and that of 12121 phone associating with countermeasure of enriching note content and enhancing edit technique, perfecting promulgating process was dissertated. |
