| 摘 要： | 研究了营养、ｐＨ值、温度及湿度条件对荔蝽菌分生孢子萌发及菌落生长的影响．结果表明：１×１０－２（质量分数，下同）的蛋白胨最有利于孢子萌发和菌落生长．在１×１０－２的蛋白胨溶液中，孢子萌发率（Ｙ）与时间（Ｔ）的回归方程为Ｙ＝－４２．５１２＋７．０６６５Ｔ．在ＰＤＡ＋１×１０－２蛋白胨培养基２５℃条件下，菌落直径（Ｙ＇）和时间（Ｔ）的回归方程为Ｙ＇＝－０．０９８＋０．３４１３Ｔ，ｐＨ６．４７最有利于孢子萌发，ｐＨ６．０最适于菌落快速生长，其回归方程分别为Ｙ＝－２．７５＋５．１Ｔ（ｐＨ＝６．４７）和Ｙ＇＝０．１９４３＋０．３４９７Ｔ．温度在２０－３０℃时，较适合于孢子萌发和菌落生长，其中以２５℃为最好．只有在ＲＨ为１００％的条件下，孢子才能大量萌发．

| Abstract: | Systematic studies on the effect of nutrition, pH value, temperature and humidity on the conidial germination and conobium growth of Paecilomyces lilacinus have been carried out. The results showed that 1% of peptone was best for conidiai germination and conobium growth. The regression equations between time (T) and germination rate (Y) and conobium diameter (Y') were that: Y=-42.512+7.0665T and Y'=-0.098+0.3413T respectively.Meanwhile, 6. 47 of pH value was the most suitable for conodial germination and 6.0 for conobium growth. The regression equations were that; Y=-2.75+5.1T (pH=6.47) and Y'=-0. 1943+0.3495T(pH=6.0). Temperature in 20-30℃ was fit for conidial germination and conobium growth, however 25℃ was best. Only RH was 100% could the conidial germinate quickly. |
